For those of you not used to Midwest summers, we often receive "heat waves" from warm air pushing up from the Gulf and it's pretty normal here to see 90+ degrees with 100% humidity. While not as oppressive as our friends to the South, we pay in the summer for the lack of white stuff in the winter.
For the first week or so of July we've saw highs in the 70's with overnight lows dipping into the 50's... enough to turn off the A/C for days, which is really unheard of in July, but was short lived as the humidity is supposed to return for the weekend.
Frosty wouldn't last a minute out there!!
